Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   • Open to children aged 4-7 years old.
   • Only one entry per child.

2. Entry Requirements:

   • Download by click Download button at above.
   • All artwork must be colored by hand using any traditional coloring materials (e.g., crayons, markers, colored pencils).
     Digitally colored submissions will be disqualified.

3. Contest Period:

   • Submission deadline: 15 December 2024.
   • Winners will be announced on 30 December 2024 via Very Important Baby’s social media pages and notified via WhatsApp.

4. Submission Process:

   • Submit a clear, high-resolution photo or scan of the completed artwork by replying to our official WhatsApp message.
   • Include the child’s name, age, and a contact number in the submission.

5. Judging Criteria:

   • Color usage and overall presentation.
   • Judges’ decision is final.

6. Prizes:

   • Ten (10) winners will each receive a set of Faber-Castell crayons.
   • Prizes will be mailed to the winners’ addresses as provided in the redemption message.

7. Redemption Process:

   • Winners must reply to the WhatsApp message within 7 days to redeem their prize, providing a mailing address for delivery.
   • Prizes will be sent out within 10 working days after receiving the reply.

8. Permissions:

   • By entering, you grant Very Important Baby the right to feature the artwork on its social media and marketing platforms.

9. Other Conditions:

   • Entries must be original and completed by the child. Any form of plagiarism or assistance from adults will result in disqualification.
   • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   • Very Important Baby reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
