BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE VIB MEMBERS CLUB LOYALTY PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND WE MAY PROVIDE NOTICES, DISCLOSURES, AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, AND OTHER INFORMATION RELATING TO THE VIB MEMBERS CLUB LOYALTY PROGRAM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT ACCESS OR PARTICIPATE IN THE VIB MEMBERS CLUB LOYALTY PROGRAM.**

**VIB Members Club** is a Very Important Baby mobile application owned and operated by Very Important Baby. 

**Very Important Baby** has developed the loyalty program to offer its customers offers, promotions, discounts, vouchers, or rewards through the mobile application ‘’VIB MEMBERS CLUB’’ (hereinafter, the ‘’App’’). The support is exclusive, and users are made accessible only to the advantages of the loyalty program through their purchases. The offers will be available in the establishments of the Very Important Baby chain in Malaysia adhered to the loyalty program at any time, operated by Very Important Baby.

You agree that we may provide notices, disclosures, and amendments to these Terms & Conditions, and other information relating to the VIB Members Club Loyalty Program.

Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how Very Important Baby collects, uses, and discloses information about users, how to update or change your personal information, and how we communicate with you.

**VIB Members Club Registration**

You can register in the loyalty program by downloading the App and completing the registration form in-app. Only a person with the age of 18 or above is allowed to join.

To be eligible to join VIB Members Club in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, you must register with a mobile number that is unique and non-repeatable at the time you register at VIB Members Club. Registration in the loyalty program will generate a member code/number assigned by Very Important Baby, which is unique, personal, and non-transferable.

The only way to join VIB Members Club is by downloading the App from the App Store and Google Play to your Android or iPhone devices.

**Passwords.**

Once the registration is done, the password you chose will be allocated to your account only. You agree that any person to whom your username or password is disclosed is authorized to act as your agent for the purposes of using (and/or transacting via) your account. Please be assured you are entirely responsible if you do not maintain the confidentiality of your password.

**Valid Mobile Number.**

Your account must be registered with a valid personal Mobile Number that you access regularly. We may require you to validate your account upon registration.

**Closing Accounts.**

Subject to any other provisions hereinafter contained, we reserve the right to terminate or lock your account if you are seen disrupting the App in any way.

**Earning Points**

The rewards that are available to you in VIB Members Club are based on the number of Points that you earn. You can earn Points by making a purchase and providing VIB Members Club QR code to cashiers at any participating Very Important Baby stores in Malaysia before completing each transaction.

You will earn Points based on the value of Very Important Baby products you purchase:

RM 1 = 1 point

**Points Expiration**

Points accrued in your VIB Members Club account will be frozen after your account has been inactive. The Points will become active once you renew your membership. For example, if your account has been inactive for six months and you renew your membership, the Points that were frozen will be reactivated and available for use.

**Points Redemption**

As a member of VIB Members Club, you are eligible to redeem Points for complimentary Very Important Baby products at all Very Important Baby participating stores in Malaysia as follows:

200 points may be redeemed for (1) free RM1.00 cash voucher.

VIB Members Club rewards are one way in which Very Important Baby endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing the business and purchasing Very Important Baby products. Members are able to earn and accumulate Points that can be redeemed for VIB Members Club rewards at participating Very Important Baby stores in Malaysia and are eligible to receive certain additional benefits.

**Exclusions to Earning Points**

You may not earn Points in connection with certain types of beta or promotional programs. In addition, you cannot earn Points on purchases of seasonal or limited-edition products unless stated otherwise.

**Additional Benefits of VIB Members Club Rewards**

As a VIB Member, you are eligible for the following additional benefits:

**Birthday Reward.**

On your birthday (as registered in your VIB Members Club account), you will receive (1) complimentary 3X points on the FIRST bill you purchase during your birthday month.

To qualify for your Birthday Reward, you must provide your birthdate in your VIB Member account information and make at least (1) Point-earning transactions prior to your birthday each year.

**Early or extended access to certain promotions and offers.**

Very Important Baby may offer VIB Members Club early or extended access to special menu products or discounts.

**Personalized offers and vouchers.**

Special offers may be distributed or announced through social media or in-app notifications. You may be required to opt-in and activate special offers via the VIB Member app. Some special offers may be customized based on your purchase behaviors and preferences and may include periodic discounts on Very Important Baby products. Special offers may have certain restrictions, including expiration dates and short, time-limited redemption periods. Special offers are personal to you and cannot be shared, copied, or transferred. You may be required to present your VIB Member Club reward in order to redeem the offers. Read each offer carefully for specific details, expiration dates, limitations, and restrictions.

**Member PayDay & Saving Deal Day**

Very Important Baby will notify or announce the designated date of the Member’s Day on its social media platforms and in-app notifications. Very Important Baby reserves the right to exclude certain products from Member’s Day eligibility and to modify the benefits.

Very Important Baby reserves the right to change the number and type of additional benefits offered to members of VIB Member in its sole discretion at any time.

**Important Note**

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and you hereby agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian Courts for any legal action in relation to these Terms and Conditions.

The VIB Members Club membership fee is RM20 for 3 years. Points accrued in connection with VIB Membership are promotional, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash. In addition, your redemption of Points accrued in connection with VIB Membership cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts that are applicable to Rewards for which you are redeeming such Points unless otherwise expressly indicated by Very Important Baby.

Your Points, Rewards, and E-vouchers registered to your VIB Members account are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or shared with family, friends, or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. You may have only one (1) VIB Members account that is personal to you.
