After registering as a member of VIB Members Club, you are now eligible to earn points after every purchase you made at any of Very Important Baby stores in Malaysia.

RM 1 = 1 point

‘’How can I earn points?’’

To collect points, tap on the ‘QR’ icon on your VIB Members Club and at the home screen, present the QR to the cashier during your purchase.

 

‘’Can I earn points during promotion?’’

You cannot earn points on purchases of promotional, seasonal or limited-edition products unless stated otherwise.

‘’What I can spend with my points?’’

Rewards you can spend/redeem with the points you’ve earned, which is 200 points equal to RM 1 Cash Voucher.

 

‘’Will my points expire?’’

No. Points accrued in your VIB Members Club account will be frozen after your account has expired. The Points will become active once you renew your membership. For example, if your account has been expired for six months and you renew your membership, the Points that were frozen will be reactivated and available for use.

’’Where can I redeem my rewards?’’

View all the Rewards from the Home Screen & Redeem the voucher you need.

Select ‘Rewards’ icon at the bottom tab of VIB Members Club app,

 You can redeem your rewards at the ‘Coupon’ section.

 

‘’How do I use my rewards?’’

All rewards will be generated in a form e-voucher, simply select the Coupon in ‘Rewards’ section, present the barcode for scan to any Very Important Baby stores in Malaysia to enjoy your reward!

 

‘’Will my reward expire?’’

Yes. Once you’ve redeemed your reward, it will appear in ‘Coupon’ section as an e-voucher and the validity period should take effect.

Select your e-voucher to find out more about the voucher validity period, terms and conditions and more.

 

‘’Where can I check my lifetime points?’’

At the home screen you will see your total of lifetime points.

 

‘’Where can I check my Sales & Points Transaction History for my purchase(s)?’’

Select the “Profile” icon at the bottom tab of the VIB Members Club app and select ” Sales Transaction History” or “Points Transaction History”. You are able to check your past history purchase(s) and points that have been credited into your account.

 

‘’Where can I submit my feedback/enquiry?’’

To submit your feedback/complaint/enquiry regarding the VIB Members Club app, select the ‘Profile’ icon at the bottom tab of the VIB Members Club app and select ‘Feedback’ to get in touch with us.
